Assalamu alaikum.
I received calls from two different people from Puttlam about three huts having been burnt down by accident last week. The owners are very poor, making a living by making thatched coconut leaves and selling them.
No one have been at home when the fire started so EVERYTHING OF THEIR POSSESSIONS got burnt down.
They are staying with relatives at present who are also very poor.
Each hut will cost around Rs. 50,000 to re build.
